My therapist suggested I try “collaging” to help cope with anxiety. After scoffing at the idea, i decided to not worry about the outcome, clipped a couple images that I liked, and stuck them on paper. Here’s the result. It’s uneven with some annoying white spaces but hey, I tried it.

I’m horrible at drawing but I love making mandalas on grid paper. I got this from using a number sequence from the Sierpinski triangle! I made a shape for every number (0,1,2,4,8,16,32,64) and then filled in the blank space and connected the dots.
