My therapist suggested I try “collaging” to help cope with anxiety. After scoffing at the idea, i decided to not worry about the outcome, clipped a couple images that I liked, and stuck them on paper. Here’s the result. It’s uneven with some annoying white spaces but hey, I tried it.
